But I could have sworn someone in the Bunker posted a while ago where Philon couldn't come back to Alabama, due to him actually signing with an agent or something. Basically he did more steps than just test the NBA waters, and thus could not come back to college basketball?
What exactly constitutes testing the waters and maintaining eligibility vs you can't? Genuinely curious. We still beating their ass anyways.
