I turn 50 in 3 weeks. I had a plan to be my lowest weight and best shape since high school. I've reached the weight goal and have been going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week. I've been just doing weight exercises kind of on the fly with no real plan. I used to lift a lot in my 20s so have a good overall knowledge. I just want a detailed plan to follow to maximize my time and effort. I've found a couple online that I like parts of but not the entire thing. I paid for an Ai fitness trainer and put in all my info, and again like parts of it but some of it just makes no sense. Do any of you have system or plan you use?
