I think I’ve been using Apple Watch since 2017. It’s really inferior to Garmin, unless you upgrade to an Ultra. But been great for fitness tracking.

The second wearable that I invested in was the Oura Ring. I think this is the best one in terms of helping your overall health. When I ran my PB marathon, I used three devices; Apple Watch Ultra, Engo Eyewear and the Oura Ring - which tells you about your sleep, recovery and readiness. I got the biggest benefits from the information from that ring. Of course the pacing I was doing by using the Engo eyewear helped a lot.

Last year I bought a pair of Meta Ray Bans. At this point they’re mainly glasses that can take pictures/videos and play music. The AI is decent, but can be really wrong. However, the conversational AI is Better than any other I have experience with. The best thing I’ve used it for of language translation. But it needs more languages. Right now it’s like Spanish, Italian and French. I need Korean, specifically.

Post is pretty meaningless to be honest, but I thought I’ll share to see if anyone else had any opinion.
